Pros

Many coworkers are wonderful people. Work is remote/in-office in certain cities, otherwise 100% remote, with flexible start/end times. The Health/Dental/Vision benefits are okay but not that great. Flexible Time Off is nice, if used properly. Offered a student loan repayment program. Gave an annual health/hobby allowance for anything like gym reimbursement, hobby supplies, office supplies, etc. Employee Resource Groups and hobby clubs allowed like-minded coworkers in different divisions to come together for fun discussions and team-building. Clients are usually really great people. Culture and values are nice on paper.

Cons

Most important: certain divisions of EverCommerce are currently being sold to an undetermined buyer. It is quite literally a sinking ship for those divisions. C-Suite and management have already picked favorites and will not care about you or your career goals. They stopped giving any type of holiday bonus. They will not give cost-of-living raises or merit increases. And the annual allowance amount was drastically decreased each year. Flexible Time Off was used to the point that understaffed teams were frequently left even more understaffed and struggling, often causing others to make up the work of certain people who go out of the office more than others, which management didn't schedule or prepare for properly. Almost nonexistent training for new hires and current employees. End of Year reviews and Mid-Year reviews are very poorly handled and easily manipulated to fit leadership agenda, even if false and disrespectful. The closest thing to HR, the "People Team" is a major joke and only cares about managers. Culture and values are not practiced as they are preached. Communication does not trickle down and whole teams are often left out of the loop. ( i.e.; Management stopped offering employee online training courses without giving anyone any notice.) If you want to work in the Denver office, you have to either pay (with your own money) to park in the on-site parking garage, or park on the street in a very busy/risky area and walk to and from the building with your laptop and any other equipment with the fear of being robbed.

Pros

Great coworkers, used to be small company vibe

Cons

Sold out to greedy board Sold out employees for less qualified team out of the country Worst managers I've ever seen, literally didn't understand the very basics of jobs they were overseeing.
