Professional attitude, good corporate values, proactive, growth opportunities, company is going places. Base pay is competitive.

Cons

lackluster health plan, total compensation below average.

Business Outlook

Pros

- Large technology suite including full-fledged Service Desk, IAM, cybersecurity, System Engineering, Cloud Ops, and more (strong headcount) - Respectful and engaging management, including at the C-suite level. - Great culture, fun interacting with colleagues at local office - Excellent recognition (at least in the Service Desk) - Management listens to and adopts standards that are recommended by team for better efficiency - Comfortable job security - fair pay (haven't worked here long enough to discuss raises/promotions or lack thereof) - Plenty of work swag and employ gifts/benefits, especially working on-site

Cons

- High turnover, but largely due to contract work - so there is nuance - Healthcare benefits on the weaker/more expensive end (for non-individual plans) in comparison to other companies - Lots of moving parts -> IT infrastructure somewhat sporadic and unorganized, but expected with unique setup of EverCommerce with the 3 verticals and dozens of SaaS solutions - Some positions could be hybrid instead of fully on-site (albeit, vast majority of company is remote)
