Pros

Perks: 100% remote, unlimited PTO, great benefits, stock options and matching RSPs. Culture: Super friendly and supportive people, always willing to help. Tech stack is very impressive and gives you everything that you need to do your job efficiently.

Cons

Honestly, I have only been here a month, but there are no cons thus far. I am really happy here.

Pros

There are some good people sprinkled around and its decent work life balance, but that seems to be going away as more "Big Brother" type rollouts happen.

Cons

low pay, unclear expectations, poor leadership, not customer centric, terrible contracts for clients, poor system performance,

Pros

The work from home policy is very nice. Office space is nice if you're in the local area. Compensation for my role was higher than average, which was appreciated, I enjoyed working with the other employees here.

Cons

Upper management loves to talk about creating a company with culture, and then proceeds to layoff and outsource jobs. Those are conflicting ideas. Showing loyalty to this company won't get you anything in the end. After the layoffs, you will have to take on additional responsibilities. Focus is all about profits and making money for shareholders.
