The ability to work from home Schedule flexibility Unlimited PTO

Goals that have to be made overall for the whole team and individually, sometimes leaving you staying an hour or two longer than your shift. They have unrealistic expectations as to what people are capable of and really don’t seem to care about the people working hard to try and gain even an a little bit of success for the company. When encountering upper management it seems like all they care about are the numbers & how they can bring new revenue in(just seems money hungry). They give you some of the training they think you may need and kinda let you go on your way

The people are nice and the healthcare is decent. Communication between EC and the subs is okay, too.

Cons

Mediocre 401k matching. They match up to 25% of deferrals up to 8% of compensation, which is a complicated way of telling you that the highest they'll ever contribute is 2% of your salary - and only if you're contributing 8+% of your own salary. That is significantly lower than the average employer contribution and makes it very hard to feel secure about your future. Keep in mind this goes for all EverCommerce subsidiaries, too. Their salaries are also behind; it's incredibly difficult to get a significant raise, even if you're completely overworked.
