      Pros

      Working at EverCommerce has shown me that it is possible for a company to grow and evolve without losing what makes it such a special place to work. I have never worked for a company that treats its employees with such care and respect. I can say that I truly enjoy coming into work everyday! As EverCommerce acquires additional companies to partner with, the highlight of my job is welcoming our new employees to this amazing company.

      I don't think there are any Cons to working at EverCommerce. I am so happy that I was given the opportunity to join this team!

      You get to work from home

      Cons

      They have taken away every benefit possible to save a buck for the share holders. If you want a job that's treats you like a number, never gives raises and continuously trying to squeeze more out of you without compensation or benefits, then this is the job for you. Good luck! Don't forget I told ya so! ;) As for EverCommerce - you get what you pay for. Take that as you will.

      Worst Company I've worked for

      Pros

      remote work but really low pay

      Cons

      Constantly and continually reducing headcount for "expected" AI advancements that even the most advanced companies have yet to produce. The marketing headcount has almost been eliminated entirely and those who remain are stretched incredibly thin. Constantly trying to cut costs and find work arounds. Stock hasn't moved anywhere but down in the last 6 years and executives place blame on anybody but themselves
