      Flexible work environment, reasonable benefits

      Cons

      The top tiers do not have any understanding of the workers job duties causing miscommunication, misunderstanding, and ultimately a lack of trust. Difficult to impossible to achieve promotions or forward career movement.

      Pros

      The people here are amazing. Mid level management really care about the employees and their work life balance. Collaboration and teamwork are on point and the deadlines for new features are reasonable. The benefits are definitely a selling point. We get unlimited PTO and the company actually encourages us to take as much time off as we need without guilt. Communication and ideas are heard and welcome just not always utilized but at least they're not shot down immediately.

      Cons

      Like any venture capitalist based company, lay-offs are a possibility if the company takes a downturn and upper management is out of touch, answering questions with a lot of buzzwords and no real solution. The pay is at the low end of average and it's difficult to get more than a 3% raise.

      Disconnect at upper management level but good place to work

      Everyone I work with is very friendly. The company policies are good and they seem to care about the employees

      Cons

      Huge disconnect from upper management to actual workers. Nothing is communicated well or in a timely manner. Pay is only so-so.
