Cons

Attention to detail is critical, Exposure is mainly limited to finance.

I've been at EverHealth for just over 30 days as a Partner Marketing Manager, and the experience has been incredibly positive so far. The team is supportive, cross-functional collaboration is encouraged, and there's a clear focus on growth—for both the company and employees. Leadership is approachable, and I've felt welcomed and empowered from day one.

Cons

As with any growing company, some internal processes are still evolving, and cross-team alignment can take time. But leadership is aware and actively working to streamline things.
