I really love my job. The team is genuinely amazing. It is a fully remote and flexible work culture here in the UK. The company also offers amazing support and really good benefits.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any.

Remote work Wonderful colleagues who are in the struggle together

Cons

Favoritism for people who says yes and avoid talking about challenges instead of rewarding honest and respectful feedback Leaders speak in chastising tone to employers during meetings Upper management totally disconnected from team Low pay Products not respected in marketplace. Churn rate is insanely high. New leadership every 6 to 9 months Culture of grinding to get to goals and even then its not good enough Expectations are unreal in terms of employee capacity They keep sending messages around a.culture of kindness but executive team is not kind often making disparaging remarks about individuals in front of others.
