Power and resources of a large, publicly traded organization with the benefits, pace and feel of a startup. Each company within the portfolio operates as an individual startup. Benefits start 1st of the following month, excellent hardware provided to work from home and supportive team and management.

Cons

Not the most structured training and ramp to full quota, but that's actually a pro for me.
