Pros

None, really. The company used to be a really good place to work at, but now there doesn't seem to be any point any more.

Cons

Roles suddenly disappear overnight. Budgets are decided on a whim, and cut just as easily. If you're looking for stability, don't work here. They'll lay you off as soon as they get a chance.

Pros

- I work for the EverWell/Timely business unit and the culture here is wonderful. Friendly and down to earth people who make it easy to collaborate with. - Great benefits like flexible time off, remote first working, professional development funds, wellbeing allowance and many more. - Opportunity to add value and create visible impact with the work that you deliver

Cons

There aren't structured processes in place for everything already like there are in some places, so if you don't like ambiguity, then this would be a hard place to work at. However the plus side to this is that it creates opportunities in terms of the work that you get to be involved in, relating to the point I have made above.
