Pros

Managers in the accounting department are incredibly helpful. The remote work environment is executed fantastically and I’ve remained close to coworkers despite not having met them in person. Beyond that, the company offers great benefits and an awesome environment for growth.

Cons

Very few complaints to speak of. Everyone is highly motivated so there is some concern of burnout, but the company does what it can to help employees avoid this and doesn’t push for overtime hours.

I love the people here. Everyone is so kind and smart and excited to enact the changes we are making. If you are looking for a culture where your opinion matters and where you can make real change, this is the place!

Cons

We are a rapidly growing and changing company and that is not for everyone. You have to be someone who thrives in that environment.

The interview process was so seamlessly and everyone communicated clearly about next steps in the process. My first interview until when an offer was made took under two weeks!! Since joining the company, I’ve been even more excited about the growth potential and overall culture. My coworkers and business partners are friendly and easy to talk too. You can tell they care about their employees and their well-being! I would recommend EverCommerce anyone!!

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but very fast paced so you have to be nimble and flexible to change. If you don’t like processes always evolving, then this may not be the place for you.
