Their medical is better than any company I've seen, and they also offer a ton of additional benefits that you can opt into. I was beyond amazed at their commitment to their employees. You can tell that they truly care about everyone and their happiness at EverCommerce. They also hold professional development workshops and seminars on various professional topics.

Cons

Their HR department predetermines salaries for each position and there's not a lot of wiggle room
