      Great company

      Pros

      The company has a lot of subsidiaries which often allows you to wear a lot of hats and be involved with multiple companies giving you a lot of experience you can’t find at a lot of places. The people are also very kind and we have had many people who have explored other companies want to come back because it’s just a great place to work. Also a great work life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes it’s also tough with so many companies and shared resources. There can at times be a lot of red tape.
