Pros

EC is a great stepping stone to better opportunities. The pros include: - Remote work available - New program where they pay towards your student loans - Exposure to new business processes - A few great people on the team Overall, you can learn a lot at EC in a short period of time. They are forever expanding and always looking for new talent to join the team.

Cons

The company culture at EC is the biggest red flag. The cons include: - The burnout rate is extremely high, turnover is insane - Workloads are unmanageable and overwhelming - Corporate does not care about you or your concerns - Management listens, but does not take action - Employees overworking themselves to "catch up" on their work - No bonuses and poor raises - Onboarding and offboarding experiences are terrible This company is good if you want to gain experience quickly. However, it's not somewhere you want to stay in the long term if you value yourself and your career.

Pros

If you like being manipulated and abused by leaders that change every 2 months until they realize this place is beyond repair, this is the place for you.

Cons

Complete nightmare since they became everpro. Leadership team completely removed from the frontline. They hired a ton of new leaders and they all have different strategies and we have to implement them and go along with it until the next leader shuts it down and makes you implement their radically different idea. Don’t bother working hard because no one cares about performance, it’s all about optics and not rocking the boat so leadership can play their game of try not to get laid off and I can’t even blame them for wanting to protect their team. You will be ostracized for challenging the status quo. This is a don’t rock the boat and keep your head down kind of place, and the products are all from 2003. If you want to worry about every word you say and who you say it to and get pigeon holed according to leaderships latest agenda, work at EverPro. It looks like a business but it’s all theatrics, you can’t have a real impact even if you want to. No opportunities for growth but they will act like there is. They don’t care about the customers as the customer success team is a complete shitshow where even the leader is on PTO half the time and there is absolutely no actual attempt to provide value to customers. They buy software and then don’t update it or invest in the brands, their actual goal is to force their customer base to use their payment processing software. You will do the work of at least 2 or 3 people and maybe more and leadership will gaslight you into thinking you are the problem. Seriously RUN this is not a legitimate place. Oh and one more thing you will get chased and harassed by creditors all the time because these people don’t know how to pay their bills and they make the simplest things like paying $500 bills so complex that they just end up going to collections and we get blacklisted from all our vendors No wonder their stock is 7 dollars a share what a joke.
