      Pros

      I'm passionate about the mission of the company to simplify and empower small businesses and I love the culture in my team. I feel valued and empowered to drive change.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of acquisitions in the past and the company is still in the process of thoughtfully integrating them onto the global processes and systems.

      Pros

      EverCommerce is a great place to work – most everyone is incredibly friendly, everyone is highly knowledgable about their specialty, and it's a great place to learn on your feet. EC has great benefits and the PeopleOps team really pays attention to what employees want to see from the company.

      Cons

      What once was a super fun startup environment is becoming very "corporate." Career growth seems to be dwindling compared to how it used to be, raises/promotions are becoming really hard to come by (even merit increases aren't enough to cover cost of living inflation), and hard work isn't recognized like it used to be.
