Pros
Work life balance is great. HR benefits are really good - FTO, student loan repayment, full coverage health care with decent copays. I enjoy working with the people in my company, good culture for the individual solution groups.
Cons
They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. The C levels are highly out of touch with their employees. They’re concerned about profit but give small percentage raises to low earning employees and hiring is almost impossible. I do the job of three people and we’ve been screaming for help but are repeatedly told it’s not in the budget.
