Pros

It's a great workout.. I guess.

Cons

This Company is a literal joke. They management terrible, managers will slam doors in your face and hang the phone up on you, and are just very rude in general. Most every employee there is on probation or house arrest (not exactly the best group of people to work with). When driving to job sites in their company dump trucks, managers and employees smoke marijuana the whole way to and from sites and even at customer's homes, but wait! It gets even better! They pay is absolutely awful, and they essentially lie to you about the wages. They say you'll get anywhere from $450-$600 a week. Not at all true just staring out. I worked a little over 40 hours last week and brought home $305, which means after taxes I made $7.62 an hour when you consider the type of work that you do here that's basically slavery. They say you you can get $100 bonuses every week but that's far and in between as it's very unlikely you'll finish the job in the allotted time. Now for the actual work itself. You dig trenches around houses typically 1-2ft deep, dug by a shovel. Then you digest another hole 5ft deep and about 3ft in diameter, when that's done you then fill up buckets with gravel (again by hand) carry them over to the holes you've dug and begin filling them, then backfill with dirt and the remaining dirt get put in the dump truck. After all of that you go down to the customers basement and repeat the process only this time using a jackhammer to break up the concrete floor then digging more holes ranging from 12 to 18 inches in depth with a shovel. A typical work day is about 10 hours included drive time. I would not reccomend this job to anyone unless you absolutely cannot get a job anywhere else or if you're in between jobs and need a "filler" until something better comes along. They offer you $90 a day before tax as a flat rate so they can get away with not paying you for overtime. From what I'm told customers pay anywhere from 30-50 THOUSAND DOLLARS for their services while the company pays you minimum wage at best. They are making a huge profit while you are struggling to get by. That my friends is the definition of greed. This company also tells you that advancement within the company is very attainable, with my former foreman only being employed there for about 4 months and their human resources manager being there for roughly the same amount of time. I would assume that is only because their turnover rate is so high, and rightfully so, the work is hard, the wages are not livable, comparable positions through similar companies pay 2-3 times as much for the same work. They offer a company uniform, however you won't receive it until two weeks of employment and they make you pay for it. Until then you have to wear your own clothes and completely ruin them by crawling around in muddy crawl spaces, throwing dirt, gravel ect.. This is easily the worst company I have ever worked for hands down. Do not waste your time and energy on this place, unless you want to get paid to workout because that's about all this place is good for, you'll be sweating bullets and breaking your back for hours at a time 5-6 days a week for less money than a part time job at a fast food restaurant. You're honestly much better off picking up a job at McDonald's or something. They are liars, they are greedy, they have poor management with anger issues and your fellow employees are likely criminals. That's not to say everyone there is an awful person, but it's not exactly the best environment. I could go on forever about the distaste I have for this company.

Pros

Since day one of my employment at Everdry, i've been welcomed with nothing but patience, smiles, great training, and recognition when ive done a good job. Everdry's mission to give all of our customer first class service and make sure they are all taken care of, but also the employees as well! As long as everyones job is getting done and customers are happy, its a laid back place to work. Here your allowed to be yourself, and management is always around if needed with questions or concerns.

Cons

No down side since i've been here for the short time i have so far, its nice to enjoy coming to work!
