It is pretty laid back and if you smoke cigarettes, you’ll love it here. I do not smoke.

Cons

They will constantly smoke around you. The pay is nonnegotiable. They tell you one thing and will say you get a bonus for doing something and come paycheck time, it is not there. They will have you work in the rain walking up and down hills still wanting you to hand out flyers. They have lost so many employees that they don’t even give out a shirt anymore because they expect you to leave.
