Everdry Of Central Ohio is possibly one of the best companies in Central Ohio to work for. The owner is very professional, intelligent, trustworthy, respectful, and caring. I worked there for a couple years. Never have I ever worked for a supervisor who was as caring for me and my family (I even worked there when I was pregnant)!! The owner had delivered me soup on sick days, took me to the ER when I thought I was having contractions, she didn't just drop me off, she stayed the whole time and was there for me. Not to mention even after the fact of having a child she was very accommodating. -When I heard this company and it's corporate office was being bashed for un-family behavior I wanted to put my knowledge of this wonderful company out there! Granted everyone has their bad and good days, I can truly say they are a very family friendly company and accommodate all aspects of a family workplace. -The company prides itself on training and support to its employees. I can say this as coming from a non managerial employee and a manager. They are all a outing rewarding every type of employee. Very professional staff with high expectations to not only better the company but also the employee themselves. These people genuinely care about their employees and shoe unconditional support because they believed happy people can meet and exceed their goals.
