      - Some amazing coworkers who genuinely care and make the job feel enjoyable. - Supportive atmosphere within the team (depending on who you work closest with). - I learned a lot about communication and persistence.

      - The lead system is frustrating and inconsistent; expectations change frequently, and it’s hard to know what counts as a “good” lead from week to week. - Management often critiques without doing the same kind of work (cold calling, estimates), which makes feedback feel disconnected from reality. - Work like taking in estimates often goes unrecognized because they don’t count toward bonuses like leads do. - It can feel isolating when information is shared unevenly or not at all with the whole team. - Emotional support and recognition are limited unless you’re in the inner circle.
