      Horrible don’t do it.

      Pros

      Not really and pros of working here. Construction side is under lid and sales side is under paid. You won’t get anywhere working here.

      Cons

      Door to door sales. Horrible compensation. Basically get appointments or get fired. You have 1 week of training after that tough luck! Horrible layout for sales. Presentation is a joke and you have to follow there presentation or your gone. No job security.

      You can get in quick. You’ll know in the first couple days how things are ran around there.

      Pros

      You CAN meet some cool people here. You’ll average a 10 hour work day. Paid weekly. Learn a new set of construction skills.

      Cons

      10 a hour for back breaking work. Your bonus can be pulled based off forces you don’t control like your foreman, crew home owner. Work conditions, you’ll be outside digging in the freezing cold or scorching hot but the same expectations will be upon you. Pay check doesn’t add up to hours you put in.
