hard workers, laid back, fun people, great bosses who dealt with plenty of stress, plenty of hours, job security, very early and manageable schedule, doesn't take your entire day, most weekends are optional

Cons

hard physical labor, nothing ever good enough, unorganized managment, bad communication, targeted certain workers if boss man didn't see eye to eye, big drug problem, some drivers get drunk, opportunity for noticeable self-progression in the company takes a few months, HUGE turnover rate, salesmen sold anything and everything that made them commission or the owner a dime, treated sales department like diamonds and production workers like they were just passing by, tell you what you want to hear but will never follow up
