Pros

There weren't many, but I guess working outside and getting exercise. And that's not even the company's contribution. That's just the nature of the work.

Cons

I was hired as a department manager at the Rochester NY office, based on my qualifications, relatable college degree, and previous work experience... and was told upon hire, that once I completed my training (which was completely lackluster and disorganized), that I'd be able to run my department the way I saw fit. Aside from the owner telling me I should be hiring new employees every single week, because they expect the current ones to fail or leave... from then on, I was not only reprimanded for things that I was just told were good practices (weeks prior), but my subordinates... one of the employees that I was being paid to oversee... had more clout with the company's owner than I did, because they were neighbors... and another went and complained when they didn't get their way, because they had that "entitled" mentality... and I was ultimately released. It was an absolute embarrassment to work there, both personally and professionally.

Pros

Easy hire and ready to start you the next day, overcoming your fear of bugs crawling all over you, company truck drive you to work site, lose weight

Cons

12+ hours a day, working in any condition, $80 a day. Overtime is considered 45 hours a week and then you are only paid an additional 3.60for each hour over 45 hours.

Pros

Some months you great bonus

Cons

Where to start. Owner of this location is a crook. Falsifies work permits in numerous towns. Doesn't pay bonuses in a timely matter. Has employees lie to people on the phone. Quick turnaround of employees. Unrealistic expectations of office staff. Does NOT advertise company, expects employee to pull customers out of thin air. Does NOT lead by example. Understaffed and the people that are there are over worked.
