      Preset appointments were great. Very few early morning appt.

      Not sure of schedule to plan things. Lots of evening appointments - get home late

      Generally work around 4-5 hours a day and get paid for 8, bonuses are hard not to get most weeks

      Cons

      You knock doors and try to convince people that don't want waterproofing that they should set up an inspection to have waterproofing. Can be difficult and demoralizing at times.
