      If you're looking for quick work, they'll hire you to start the very next day with almost no questions asked.

      Cons

      They pay you next to nothing for extremely physical labor. $120/Day should be criminal for the physical labor that they demand of you.

      bait and switch. Say there's a little bit of calling involved but it's just telemarketing. If you have a problem with the lead sales guy, don't go to HR that's his wife. If you have a problem with the GM or the sales manager also don't go to HR that's their sister-in-law...
