Have NO RESPECT for their employees. They’ll rather let you get treated ANY TYPE OF WAY by residents And their families to get their money! THEY WILL NEVER HAVE YOUR BACK. They will WRONGFULLY TERMINATE YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU’VE DONE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE ASKED OF YOU!! Staffing is HORRIBLE ! They OVER WORK & UNDERPAY THEIR EMPLOYEES!

While I do not work one on one with our residents each day, I support our team to deliver top quality service. Our leadership team stands behind what they say, are accessible to employees at all levels of the organization and are forward thinking to deliver the best service in our industry.
