super busy at dinnertime, and you don't have a lot of help because they are super understaffed at least when I was there

Beautiful facility with luxury amenities. Wonderful residents. An incredibly amazing initial facility presentation is always given to all potential residents/families/guests/employees.

Cons

Poor/ineffective communication, the sheer lack of moral integrity and the abounding unawareness of the unethical and/or illegal actions taken against targeted employees quietly behind closed doors.
