Pros

Believes that helping Older Adults is truly a mission; Open to change - lots of new leadership in last year bringing transformation; #1 non-profit in STL, financially stable, tries alot to keep it a large family organization; major growth means lots of opportunities

Cons

No time off for first 90 days includes holidays

Pros

Good benefits. My fellow employees.

Cons

The reason that this company is offering such large sign on bonuses is because they can't find staff. Turnover is very high, but finally the word is getting out. The execs make huge salaries and don't blink an eye about firing someone. Supposed to be a Christian organization.

Pros

LSS is a company that is striving to Grow and improve its structure and culture. The benefits are very good and are continuing to improve.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive and it seems to be a product of its Senior Leadership. While i have found that those i directly report to are fair and do their best to compensate, they are very limited in what they can do.
