      Pros

      I have been a CNA here for four years while attending school. I have really enjoyed being a part of the team. My house coordinator always works well with us and listens to our ideas. The residents are well taken care of.

      Cons

      Some recent budget cuts put too much stress on the kitchens, I wish they would go back to having cooks for each household.

      Thank you for all that you do on behalf of our residents! Working and going to school at the same time is a HUGE accomplishment and all of us (especially the residents) appreciate what you do! Your concerns are something that we take to heart. We have made some changes in our neighborhoods based on the feedback we received from other staff members, residents, and resident family members.       Pros

      I love the atmosphere of the building and the people including co-works in the morning. and all the residents in the whole building are considered in my heart as my older children. they brighten my bad days and make my good days brilliant.

      Cons

      the load is heavy. and sometimes upper management is hard to communicate with. things that need to be taken care of sometimes is misunderstood and or overlooked.

      Such great feedback! We agree that where we work is special. It warms our hearts as well! We'll be passing on your thoughts to some of our managers. What you hear and see is really important as we evolve and grow to meet the needs of those we serve. It's one of the reasons we started Quality Assurance Performance Improvement huddles with all team members. If you haven't participated in a QAPI huddle, please do! Your opinions are very valuable!
