Pros

Living the mission of "Older adults living life to the fullest," is a great reason to love your job!! I love the culture change in this company.

Cons

PRN work is not consistent. Supervisors didn't always follow through on evaluations. Not enough praise to staff for going above and beyond.

Pros

It is well managed and customer service oriented. The residents were offered so many amenities and activities. Generally speaking, working with happy residents made the position fun.

Cons

They offered semi-competitive pay. Training was mandated and maintained and they encouraged upgraded volunteer paid classes to improve job opportunities upon manager approval which could be tentative.
