Decent pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Training is very sink or swim. Employees are often overwhelmed with workloads they are not able to manage. The staff turnover rate is ridiculous.

Coworkers are great - good for first job (take your experience and run)

Cons

High turnover. Overworked. Underpaid. Stressful. No help with cost of living. Annual salary increases are a slap in the face. Title is "Account Manager" but you really are a project manager.
