Pros

If you want to hang around, go nowhere, and collect a check, you can do that.

Cons

Lesser qualified people ahead of you will block any chance of moving forward. The company is run with a skeleton crew. Managers run around like chickens with their heads cut off. No money is reinvested into the company, even for marketing. If you want a career and to advance, it won't happen here.

Pros

The people that you work with.

Cons

I asked for help on accounts because the workload was too much for one person to handle. Management responded by telling me that I could handle it, and proceeded to give me two more accounts. Majority of the day is spent in fighting with manufacturing and other departments, because no one wants to accept blame for mistakes made. Customers suffer because the bottom line is the only thing that matters to the company. I spent 3.5 years with the company and never once met the owners. Management does a poor job in communicating with employees. They do an excellent job of segmenting the work force into teams, and encouraging in fighting among departments. Management runs sites daily, and frequently has their door closed when employees need help. I asked to interview for a vacant management position, and was told that once it was made available they would let me know. They then hired someone from the outside. "Raises" as they are called are less than 3% a year. 3% is the max you can get but you are frequently told it is IMPOSSIBLE to get to 3%. Was told by upper management that the job is project management, but classified as customer service to pay employees less.

Pros

There are a lot of nice people there. The CFO, Chris, is also a fantastic person and I really enjoyed talking with him.

Cons

Management is extremely cliquey, people were given promotions who did not deserve said promotions, and management is also very unapproachable. There was no room for advancement due to management "promoting" leads to managers, and then cutting the lead positions. The building is extremely outdated and, quite frankly, hazardous to your health. There are cockroaches in the kitchen (HR said that they were taking care of it so who knows the status of it now). Also, it was common place for there to be a stench of dead mouse either in customer service, in the kitchen, or in the front office. The lack of maintenance on the building is also insane. Instead of fixing roof leaks, they would hand tarps from the ceiling and have a garden hose at the bottom that drained into a garbage can. The list goes on and on and on
