Trying to be a large professional company. Failing miserably. No regard towards there employees. No personal and/or sick days. No recognition of jobs well done. Every order coming through is a rush, and has nearly impossible ship date. Always out if parts. No processes. President only cares about salaried employees. Cares nothing about the employees on the floir who do the most work.
