Pros

People are wonderful. They understand the high demands and try to help. Lots of changes are needed to make this place wonderful.

Cons

Upper management is very difficult to work under. They reward good account managers with more work to the point of being overloaded. They don't want people to stay long so pay is low for the workload. Have to stay there years to get enough vacation days. They always find ways to not issue bonus. So enjoy the free popcorn cause that's about all you will get! This place could be something if lots of changes are made.

It is close to my house.

Cons

Instead of going after customers for price increases, they fire employees and expect the other employees to pick up the extra work load. Not a family orientated company at all. This company gets Zero stars!!
