Good Place to work

Pros

* Job Stability (only Account Manager Layoffs ever have been due to Covid19) * Not micromanaged - they care about you getting your work done * Value employee feedback in making program changes

Cons

* Internal systems are a bit antiquated, and take a while to become fully accustomed to. * Unless one is on a larger account - there is a lot of "tribal knowledge" between The various clients that are handled. This makes training, account handouts, and vacations sometimes a bit problematic. Management always tries to work with the staff to find a way to work through things however.
