Pros

The company was easy to fit in with and people were very friendly. I enjoyed all of my colleges! Work was quicker pace but nothing crazy, good benefits. Jimmy Flint is a great guy to work for!

Cons

Time off was not great, work was simple and repetitive, evaluation methods are not helpful and employees can work the system to make it appear that they do a lot better then they do.
