I originally started as a temp. Within one year, I was able to tackle every challenge Everbrite threw at me and I was able to move through the ranks to get the position I wanted from the beginning. There is so much to learn! Every day management is trying to find new ways to reward the employees and streamline our processes to become more efficient. Ideas are always welcome and the team atmosphere is so much fun. If you have a good work ethic and see challenges as fun, you'll soar here!

The vacation policy could be better.

Cons

The company lacks top level executive leadership. Bullying and back biting are rampid. This problem is rooted in management and goes unpoliced do to ownership lack involvement, vision and ability to comit to long term goals.
