Seeing the children smile and families who did recognize your hard work.

Cons

Corporate made you worry about every misstep because they were constantly trying to layoff employees. There were no incentives to stay on (lack of bonuses, career advancement) besides titles and quick internal school recognition. They were unsupportive and kept on employees who lacked good work ethic (literally was doing a second job AT WORK) which made it harder for those with strong work ethic. I came home from work everyday stressed and worried after often working more than a 40 hour work week.

Preschool is always going to be busy but with the support of a District Manager like Teresa Addison you always have the assistance you need. She’s not afraid of getting messy.

Cons

Can be stressful for moments every day.

Working here has been an incredible rewarding experience. The center truly values children’s development and treats every educator with respect. Daily teamwork and communication between staff make planning and teaching fun and stress free. The families are appreciative and the children make every day joyful and meaningful.

Cons

Like and childcare the days are busy but the great support system and positive culture make it manageable and rewarding
