Pros

I have been at Everest for the last 8 years, and started right out of college. In those 8 years I have been able to not only advance but also change career paths. Upper management is very supportive, and if you are willing to work hard you will be given the opportunity to excel in your career. Also more recently the company has become more employee friendly and is allowing work from home days. I couldn't be more pleased with Everest and look forward to continuing my career here.

Cons

Everest does not have summer Friday's. It would be a nice perk for employees.

Thank you for your insightful comment. Everest has begun a very active campaign to be more diverse at all levels, but especially in leadership. Women are recognized as a key factor in our current success and a catalyst to our future. That is why Everest has committed to programs like the Women’s Networking Group, where women are mentored, both in the office and through networking events, in an effort to shatter any perceived barriers.
