Thank you for your comment and for helping make Everest a great company. Everest has also implemented a formal work from home policy & a new Flex Time policy, which allow employees to take time off during their normally scheduled core hours by making up the time on an alternate day(s) during the same week. Both policies are intended to help promote work/life balance.

Thank you for your observations and for being a valuable part of what makes Everest a great place to work. Everest is always open to new ideas. Employee social events are something we have been offering such as golf clinics, baseball games, “Everfest” event in October, and leadership coffee hours allowing employees to interact with members of senior management. Everest encourages team building, networking, and comradery, and will continue to offer events that support these goals.

Pros

Very good company for those who don't want to learn new technology and stay with old fashioned stuff..

Cons

Just everything.. with work environment, time-off policies, training. They no longer have training budget for most but selected employees. No work from home policy tells you how backward they are!! While at work, you can't go and talk to other employees or justify number of minutes you talk to them!! Pathetic!! Everyone is complaining and still nobody taking steps to resolve these issues.

There are vast training initiatives throughout the organization, a revamped Technology Services department, and a work from home policy. We listen to our employees and continuously strive for improvement where possible.
