9yThank you for your comment. Isolated silos are a challenge many large companies face. We recognize that and continually strive to share information across all sectors of the business through our EverNews intranet, inner departmental collaborations, networking, social, and volunteer events as well as the cascading of information down from senior leadership. The Everest Talent Development department has also offered various on-site classes, book clubs, and more recently, a mentorship program.
