This is a very high turnover environment. A lot of people cannot last longer than 2 years here, including myself. Conflicts are usually settled with yelling or condescending behavior rather than collaboration. One of the executives visited our office, booked time in the conference room, and basically yelled and grilled at my bosses for like an hour. This behavior tends to cascade down as well. Additionally, the vast majority of the engineers are offshore and have no idea what they are doing. They are not very coachable either, and are usually laid off within 4 months before they get another batch of them to come in. Repeat, same process

Stressful work culture. No work life balance. IT open seating is not good. Too loud.
