Since the rapid growth of the insurance division, technology has been slower to catch up. This isn't surprising but we know resources and, more importantly, $ is being put towards making our jobs easier. It is not an overnight thing and may even take a few more years to get there but I'm comfortable that they will.

Where do I start? If you lack the skills to do the job, they hire you for Management! On many occasions they refused to post a $1,500,000 on a claim because I didn't hit the space bar, then the dollar sign, then the amount, including the .00. 10 minutes before closing the management team would disperse to hide around the exit door to try and "catch" you leaving 1 minute early. The place is a managers paradise, and a professionals nightmare! I walked out after serving a 1 year sentence there
