Pros

Money is great, management is good and cares about my success. Not micro-managing at all for a Sales role which can be rare.

Cons

Stressful, unpredictable, internal politics, can be hard to get going.

Great commission structure, performance based trips, quarterly bonuses, great management. Great 401K and ESPP opportunities, awesome people.

Cons

stressful industry and not for everyone, but if you can cut it - definitely worth the ride.
