It's a great place to start out of school because they will train you and expose you to the business world. There is structure and feedback given on how you can become better and more successful.

Cons

The culture of the Charlotte office sucks if you aren't part of the group that supports the big banks. If you aren't on those accounts, you're not valued or important.
