Pros

Apex puts a lot of effort into "team culture". They support a lot of activities like happy hours, dinners, baseball games etc. Decent benefits.

Cons

Apex really believes in the work hard ideology. Expect to work at least 50 hours a week for the first 12 months. Poor management has led to a lot of turnover.

freedom, no micro management, supervisors are very encouraging, all of my coworkers are generally pretty happy people, sometimes we get stressed but we help each other out

Cons

not every branch is as lucky as ours (NJ) to have supervisors on - site!
