      -very fun energetic environment -potential to earn is extremely high (as with any sales job, but the success around me is insane) -young culture -the people here are great, you have to be awful to not get along with the people here -you can tell management wants you to succeed, as much as any of your peers (they benefit from your success). -truly feels like a team working to make each other succeed. -even though the sales gig is hard here, you're getting great sales experience -quarterly team builders are so much fun

      Cons

      -it's VERY HARD -I've been here a year now and haven't seen a lot of success in my role. If you're looking for a safer route, be a recruiter. They're fed business on a daily basis so there's always something to work on. Account Managers will go weeks without anything happening, sometimes it feels like much longer. -it's just super hard, other than the difficulty of account management, apex will do what they can to take care of you as long as you're putting in the effort

      Competitive yet fun atmosphere; uncapped commission; branches in every major city; consistent new challenges to tackle; every day is different; great people; fantastic place to create a career.

      Cons

      No option to work remote in most positions; not a good place for someone who gets discouraged easily- must be able to ride the highs and lows since business can be cyclical.
