Great team, strong support system/back office to support the sales team, better than average compensation in the staffing industry, and a great place to build a career.

Cons

Have to work hard to be successful, and not everyone is a good fit for what we do due to it's competitive nature.

Apex provides a great environment from a work/life balance as well as career growth. The internal support from management an coworkers is fantastic and the company definitely works with you in order to help you achieve your goals.

Cons

Not sure it's as much of a con as much as it just comes with the territory, but there are sales metrics to achieve and a certain grind to the job. If you have the capability to balance those you'll be very successful!
