On a $35k annual salary, you qualify for federal marketplace plans, which is a small consolation. PTO accrues at a pitiful rate of one hour per week. Our contractors, stakeholders, and leaders are so disconnected from reality that they dismiss any suggestions and act surprised when no one attends their open office hours.
