      Flexible, decent pay, convenient, work life balance

      Cons

      Not appreciated, cut my hours, had ideas stolen and received no credit, no compensation for exceeding goals consistently for 8 quarters

      Pay is great and job is fulfilling

      Cons

      They ended our contract and didn't renew it. Replaced us with a team in Mexico because they cost less.

      They hear there people and try always to implement new ideas to bring everyone together

      It difficult to grow since it seems to be that they already have there chosen ones.
